Help from the sanctuary of the Almighty is the only help sufficient for us in the turmoil and trouble of a fallen world. Men are looking to the great seats of government and learning for help in the present crisis, but the Christian must be looking to God Himself, our Sanctuary, and when God sends help we are strengthened indeed.

The purpose of this “theolog” is to be a source of encouragement to fellow pilgrims. I care not to enter into arguments and debates with skeptics, agnostics or other God-doubters. When the apostle Paul preached on Mars Hill in Athens there were three responses to his message recorded in Acts 17. 1. some mocked 2. and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter and 3. certain men cleaved unto him, and believed. Paul committed himself to those who believed. So must I in this modern day Areopagus. The web is like the very place Paul preached at in Athens, it is a place where many spend …”their time in nothing else, but either to tell, or to hear some new thing“ (Acts 17:21), and the danger in this is that men are always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. This pilgrim will attempt to be a faithful ’scribe’ who …”is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven…which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.” Mt 13:52 My invitation to all those on the journey to the celestial city to “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while his is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.” Isa 55:6-7

Blessings, brothers.
